Master Your Go-To-Market Strategy
The Antifragile GTM Thesis
Most fail going to market before they start.
You can get it done right, fast, or cheap, but you can only get two of those.
Most people end up wanting to do all three and, in doing so, they sacrifice a little bit of each of them.
They actually have cost overruns, mistakes made because of disorder, and it takes super long to do that.
So what we like to do is get it done right and fast the first time. We recognize how money is super abundant to those who actually have good skills, who can get shit done, and who have good ideas. We live in the United States.

Our Thesis: Painfully Abundant GTM
When you go to market, you need to have a painful abundance to you - i.e., you need to get rid of all of your limiting beliefs about money and whatever, and just see people for where they are, what they're out there pain is, and what they're willing to pay for the product that they really want (the best of the best, the cream of the crop). If money was no object and they could build a service that just solves all their problems, what would they have? Creating and seeing that's the painfully abundant thesis where we start our strategies from, rather than a marketing agency or something else which is about keeping costs low. What if we could spend the most money we could possibly spend because money is cheap? If we could just get a loan for the money and that's all we needed to do, then 100% we would do it because it would clearly solve all of our problems and it would have no risk of making us 10x-100x our investment.
